The Crime
Daniel LaPlante grew up with many hardships. A dilapidated home, bullied by his peers and abused by people who were supposed to protect him, he found himself acting on criminal impulses early in life. Seemingly, petty theft was the gateway to more sinister acts that would quickly snowball into a boy committing an almost unspeakable crime of the most vulnerable of victims.
