• June 2001 - Address is changed from 755 15th Street to 749 15th Street
• May 2004 - home purchased by Tim and Carol Milner for 1.05 Million
• July 2008 - listed for 2.68M, not sold
• May 2009 - listed for 2.29M, not sold
• Feb. 2011 - listed for 2.3M, not sold
• To date - the home is currently vacant and still owned by the Milner family.
